Founder and CEO


Tiara Bree is the Founder and CEO of BAUS Talent Agency with over 15 years in the experiential marketing industry. Having learned very early on the importance of having a great team represent your brand, she’s worked in every position from a greeter at the mall to an Event Manager and Producer. Learning the ins and outs of roles at all levels, allows her to find talent well-equipped for any and every job. Bree and her team have coordinated shows and managed teams of over 300 staff, creating one-of a kind experiences. 

Not only does she own and operate this national talent agency, she’s also an Actress, Content Creator and Cosplayer, with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and minor in Theatre. Bree is a Social Media Manager who knows the importance of getting quality content to showcase all your brand has to offer and keep up with trends to promote your brand’s growth. Bree hopes that BAUS Talent Agency becomes your one stop shop for all things experiential and talent!
